Nothing has to be fixed

As co-active coaches we work according to the assumption that anyone getting coached is creative by nature, has a lot of resources to draw from and is a whole and well-functioning person.
We are not supposed to fix or re-establish anything. We coach people, not problems.
We acknowledge the personal authority of all human beings to make decisions concerning themselves.
