Effective team coaching is a process

By planning the team coaching as a long-term process, you get the most of the action/learning effect. The sessions create room for dialogue and reflection. The intervening periods are for you to try out new behaviour and a fresh approach.

The benefit is that you become even better at creating results while you prosper and have fun at the same time.

A typical procedure

  • Management dialogue concerning setting of focus, goal and expected outcome
  • 1-day vison workshop
  • 1-2 days seminar focusing on team strengths, challenges and action planning
  • Continuous half day sessions spread on 3-12 months
  • Follow up and evaluation

The procedure can be supplemented with a number of “shadow coachings” at team meetings where the coach observes your “ordinary” behaviour and where you will get immediate feedback.
